Glenn is a father of three boys – Patrick (4), James (2) and Harrison (5 months). Glenn is married to Rachel who has a fantastic career in forestry and is a personal trainer (Miss Motivator) in her not so spare time. Glenn is an Engineer and balances his family with a career at Essential Energy. The family live up there in the picturesque town of Port MacQuarie. Glenn is a former Iron Man and discusses health, sports and training whilst balancing family.
