Sam is a father of three, Grace 13, Hugh 7, Adelaide 5 and is married to wife Tenielle Sam is an expert in functional design, electrical technology & smarter buildings. An entrepreneur Sam started Smarter Designs in July 2014. You may have seen Sam on television as he has featured on Channel 9s – the Block with his smart building products. I had the honor of meeting Sam at a conference called the KPI Method where Sam was speaking about his pursuit for a better life through entrepreneurial-ism. My interest was tweaked when Sam announced to the audience that his motivation to pursue a better more balanced life was his family.

When Sam (aged 21) met his wife, Tenielle, Tenielle already had a 11 month old daughter. Despite this Sam was in boots and all.

What is your biggest worry when it comes to your children and how/what are you doing to mitigate these concerns?
Sam finds that one of the biggest challenges is their peers. Sam talks about conflict between his daughter and her peers. The challenges of overwhelming desires parents have to protect their children and giving your children strategies to handle conflict.
